Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Team Leader to join our team at Kinetic plc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing internal logistics activities, specialising in movements of Finished and Semi Finished goods.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Logistics Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and direction of all internal logistics operations to ensure seamless movement of goods.
  2. Culture Development: Drive a culture that prioritizes safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  3. Team Leadership: Select, hire, and train personnel to ensure a high-performing team that meets business objectives.
  4. Process Improvement: Utilize problem-solving techniques and continuous process improvement to enhance area key performance indicators and drive business growth.
  5. Manufacturing Planning: Plan, organize, and implement manufacturing procedures in accordance with managed quarterly and annual objectives, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree, HND experience, or equivalent level of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably with a background in logistics or supply chain management.
  2. Manufacturing Expertise: Minimum years of manufacturing experience, preferably as a supervisor or team lead, with a strong understanding of manufacturing principles, concepts, theories, and practices.
  3. Technical Skills: Experience generating production plans and progress delivery reports using Oracle, Excel, or Tableau, with a strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  4. Leadership Qualities: Action-oriented, ethical in value, and customer-focused with a drive for results, able to manage time, make quality decisions, and manage and measure work.
