Job Title: Weekend Care Specialist

Job Type: Full Time Contract

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Onsite

Job Responsibilities:

  • Risk Management: Lead risk assessments in conjunction with Engineers, Operators, and HSEQ teams to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Drive down CoPQ by reviewing run data, identifying new and improved methods, and implementing containment, corrective, and preventative actions.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct and support investigations following incidents or accidents, review process inspection records, and ensure 6S condition is implemented and sustained.
  • Lean Manufacturing: Participate in or lead CI activities, liaise with the Manufacturing Improvement team, and identify opportunities to improve overall production performance and introduce lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Technical Support: Ensure the availability and condition of tooling, equipment, and materials, and provide technical support during production.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete required line documentation to the standard, identify reasons for failure, and report on failures to meet standard rates when requested.
  • Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for production-related problems out of hours, generate action lists, and check material issues/returns forms.
  • Knowledge Management: Understand and record machine capabilities, standard rates, and capacity within the area of responsibility, and review KPIs.
