About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Collections and Arrears Specialist to join our team at Davies Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and supporting customers who fall into arrears and show early warning signs of distressed debt.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and support customers who are at risk of defaulting on their loans
  • Work closely with the Recoveries team to manage cases where the appointment of an LPA Receiver or Administrator is likely
  • Develop and implement effective forbearance strategies to support customers with short-term payment difficulties
  • Collaborate with solicitors and insolvency practitioners to resolve complex cases
Your Essential Skills
  • Proven experience in financial services, with a focus on collections and arrears
  • Strong understanding of Treating Customers Fairly and dealing with vulnerable lending customers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate a heavy workload
