Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Collections and Arrears Specialist to join our team at Davies Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and supporting customers who fall into arrears and show early warning signs of distressed debt.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and support customers who fall into arrears and show early warning signs of distressed debt
  • Support the management of relevant cases on the Bank's Watchlist to reach a positive outcome for the customer and the Bank
  • Support customers with short-term payment difficulties using forbearance strategies which are in the best interests of our customers where appropriate
  • Support the management of all cases where the appointment of an LPA Receiver or Administrator is likely
Requirements
  • Experience within Financial Services
  • Experience in dealing with Solicitors and Insolvency Practitioners
  • Understanding of and expertise in Treating Customers Fairly
  • Understanding of and expertise in dealing with vulnerable lending customers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate a heavy workload with colleagues
