We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Plus One Recruitment. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing monthly payrolls for all clients, ensuring deadlines are met and all payroll actions comply with legislation and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:- Process monthly payrolls for all clients, efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all payroll actions comply with legislation and contractual obligations.
- Support clients with any payroll reporting.
- Respond to and support clients with any payroll queries.
- Work with the HMRC, submitting P11d and PSAs and calculating benefits.
- Liaise with HMRC on any PAYE-related issues.
- Set up new PAYE schemes and deal with payroll transitions.
- Set up pension schemes and manage Auto-enrolment queries.
- Complete manual payroll calculations as and when required.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject.
- Experience in a bureau or accountancy firm with knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing and Auto-enrolment administration.
- Strong numeracy and communication skills.
- Able to work with numerous clients.
- Flexible working hours (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm, 30 hours per week).
- Salary: £31,250 FTE, £25,000+ DOE.
- 25 days holidays, plus bank holidays.
- Hybrid working from day one.
