Exciting Opportunity for a Telephonist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and positive individual to join our Contact Centre team as a Telephonist. As a Telephonist, you will play a vital role in responding to and re-routing urgent or emergency calls to Contact Centre Officers, while also dealing with general enquiries.

This is an excellent opportunity to begin your public service career with Essex Police and Kent Police, working closely with our Contact Centre and other internal departments. You will have the opportunity to develop your communication skills and work in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves working a shift pattern, covering 0600-0000, 7 days a week, and attracts a shift allowance of 20% on top of the basic salary, as well as additional enhancements for hours worked at weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
