Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of metrology principles

Preferred Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing RMA shipments for both internal and external clients
  • Deliver measurement services to ensure compliance with dimensional and visual specifications of components and assemblies at all manufacturing stages
  • Operate manual measuring tools within the metrology area
  • Assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and clear methodologies for inspections of current and future products
  • Collaborate with production team leaders to address outgoing inspection discrepancies
  • Report recurring quality process issues to the Quality Engineering team for root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal/external customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on RMA, NCR, or corrective action reports
  • Coordinate with internal and external RMA & Quality teams to ensure product compliance
  • Perform administrative tasks such as generating NCRs, corrective action reports, and logging faults
  • Support stock management in the RMA and Q1 warehouses, process RMA sales orders, and assist with product recalls
  • Ensure that RMA and Quality departmental KPIs are consistently achieved
