As a facilitator, you will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive environment that fosters empathy and understanding. Your responsibility will be to ensure that all members feel heard and supported, while also promoting a sense of community and belonging.
We value lived experiences of mental health challenges, and while not a requirement, it can be an asset in facilitating our groups. Our training program will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
Committing approximately 2.5 hours per week, you will be responsible for leading our meetings, creating a comfortable atmosphere, and encouraging open communication. Your dedication and reliability will be essential in maintaining the trust and confidence of our members.
