We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Radar Recruitment. As a key member of our Product Quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our fresh produce products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of a specific fruit category, working closely with the Product Quality team to meet customer demand and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of quality in our products.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve success and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Fresh Produce / Packhouse / 3rd Party Food Packing environment.
  • Previous exposure to the management of product quality, with Fruit and / or Salad categories.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a positive and proactive approach to working with colleagues.
