About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to drive our development strategy and deliver a broad and expanded income scale, including corporate sector, trusts, foundations, government, and individual donors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Income Generation and Business Development
  • Strategic Planning and Leadership
  • Writing and Budgeting

About You

You will have a proven track record in income generation and business development, with exceptional writing skills for bid and proposal development.

You will have strong numerical skills and experience in budget creation and management, as well as excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.

With the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and various teams, you will be a strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset and have experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.

About the Organisation

School for Social Entrepreneurs is a charity that helps people develop the skills, strengths, and networks they need to tackle society's biggest problems.

We run courses that equip people to start, scale, and strengthen organisations that make a positive difference.
