Job Title: Head of Rent and Service Charge Operations

About the Role:

The Hyde Group is seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as the Head of Rent and Service Charge Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing income generation strategies that align with our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement income generation strategies that align with our goals and objectives.
  • Rent and Service Charge Management: Oversee the setting, management, and administration of rents and service charges.
  • Change Management: Drive and manage change initiatives to improve processes and outcomes within the rent and service charge function.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the income management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-Focused: Experience in addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
  • Income Generation Experience: Experience in setting and managing income streams, including rent and service charges, is highly desirable.
