Job Title: Director of Income Generation

We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our senior leadership team as Director of Income Generation. This is a critical role that will play a vital part in helping us achieve our mission to stop Duchenne in its tracks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver a bold and effective income strategy to support our organizational ambitions and future sustainability.
  • Lead on all aspects of income, including fundraising, commercial engagement, and new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the process and systems of managing funders and new business opportunities, including the charity's CRM system.
  • Attend meetings with funders and prospects, and networking events to uncover new opportunities.
  • Develop and grow the income pipeline, working closely with the Research and Development team.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and setting priorities and targets for the income team.
  • Keep up to date market information and competitive intelligence in target sectors/markets.
  • Work proactively to identify and monitor risk, and mitigate risks as part of the wider risk management process.
