About the Role

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Development and Income Generation to lead our development strategy and drive income growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy to increase income and expand our donor base.
  • Lead a team of development professionals to achieve income targets and grow our donor relationships.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, trusts, foundations, and individual donors.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to track income growth and donor engagement.

About You:

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in income generation and business development. You will have exceptional writing and communication skills, strong numerical skills, and experience in budget creation and management. You will also have excellent relationship-building and networking abilities, with a proven ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and various teams.
