About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Support Practitioner to join our team at The Grove Lodge & Courtyard. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional standards of care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Lead and support a team of care staff, providing guidance and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices in adult care.
