- Assess and Implement Patient Care Plans: Utilise your expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care plans.
- Manage Medication and Documentation: Utilise EPMA systems to accurately manage and document medication prescribing and administration, ensuring patient safety and adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and person-centred care.
- Additional Responsibilities: Fulfil any additional responsibilities as directed by the assigned hospital or clinic within the Trust.
- Community Psychiatric Nursing Services: Provide community psychiatric nursing services as required.
- EPMA System Proficiency: Proficiency in using EPMA systems for accurate medication management and documentation.
- Leadership and Decision-Making: Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and make informed decisions.
- PMVA and Breakaway Training: Hold a valid BILD certification in PMVA (Preventing and Managing Violence and Aggression) and Breakaway training.
- Registration and Qualifications: Registered as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMCPin.
- Legal Right to Work: Legal right to work in the UK.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Flexible Work Schedule: Flexible work schedule allowing you to choose shifts that align with your availability.
