Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Community Mental Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership and management to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and supervising a team of health and social care professionals, with a strong focus on delivering safe and effective care. You will be responsible for ensuring that our team meets all key performance indicators, while also providing a safe and supportive environment for our clients.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and has a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Community Mental Health Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
  • Provide strong leadership and management to ensure the team meets all key performance indicators.
  • Ensure that our team provides a safe and supportive environment for our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of our services.
  • Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Practitioner (CPN, Social Worker, OT) with current registration or other professional registered qualification in a health or social care field.
  • Substantial experience as a senior mental health practitioner at Band 6 or equivalent level in a CMHT or similar service.
  • Knowledge of Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act and CPA.
  • Ability to function and make decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to represent our organization and build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
