About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Learning and Development Business Partner to join our award-winning People Development team at Burges Salmon. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our learning and development strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development curriculum that meets the needs of our business.
  • Lead the design and delivery of high-quality learning programs, including inductions, Associate and Senior Associate development centers, and legal training.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of learning programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in learning and development.
What We're Looking For
  • A successful track record in learning and development, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A deep understanding of the importance of data-driven decision making and the ability to demonstrate return on investment.
