Job Title: Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders and manage stock levels to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Raise purchase orders, liaise with customers and procurement team to provide pricing and stock availability
  • Produce weekly/monthly sales/stock reports to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive business growth
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue
Requirements:
  • Superb customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
  • Confident constructing emails and good telephone manner
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
  • Experience in Sales and Account management preferred

  • Competitive salary of £27,000 plus 20% bonus structure paid annually
