Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at SRG. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing complex solutions to our clients in the chemical and hazardous waste industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and professional responses
  • Produce technical sales quotations and communicate them to customers, converting them into completed sales
  • Understand client business needs and provide solutions to complex waste and chemical waste challenges
  • Arrange for sample collection from customer sites and analyze samples in the laboratory
  • Gather technical information and identify potential services that could be provided
  • Build rapport and establish relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Analysis, interpretation, and reporting of data

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemistry (or similar) or HND in Chemistry
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or sales
  • Previous experience in the waste management and recycling industry
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and business acumen
