Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at SRG. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical sales support to our clients in the chemical and waste management industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide technical sales support to clients, including the development of sales quotations and the negotiation of sales agreements.
  • Work closely with our laboratory team to analyze and interpret data, and provide technical information to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemistry or a related field (HND in Chemistry as a minimum).
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the chemical or waste management industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide technical information to clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and achieving business growth.
