Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Client Financial Consultant who enjoys engaging with individuals over the phone and delivering financial guidance tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients who may be facing financial challenges, offering personalized solutions such as manageable repayment plans.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, overseeing a diverse range of client accounts including vehicle financing, banking services, credit facilities, loans, and more.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into client debt details to provide accurate and effective support.

Work Schedule:

This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexible shift patterns available between 8 AM and 7 PM.

Location:

The position is hybrid, allowing for a combination of office and remote work. Initial training will take place in the office for approximately 8 weeks, followed by a transition period to remote work.

Team Integration:

During the onboarding phase, you will have the opportunity to build rapport with your colleagues and gain confidence in your role before transitioning to a hybrid work model.
