About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Older Adults Team. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs, strengths, and risks, and managing a complex caseload while providing supervision for Case Workers and Senior Case Workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop care plans that meet the needs of service users.
  • Manage a caseload of complex cases, providing supervision and guidance to junior staff.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and agencies to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and carers.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
  • Sound understanding of strengths-based approaches and social work issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with service users and colleagues.
