About the Role:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs, strengths, and risks to develop effective care plans.
  • Triage safeguarding referrals and make informed decisions to ensure the well-being of our service users.
  • Manage a complex caseload, providing supervision and guidance to colleagues as needed.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with service users, families, and other stakeholders to deliver person-centered care.

Requirements:

  • Social Work qualification and registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Sound understanding of strengths-based approaches and social work issues, including legal frameworks and statutory duties.
