We are seeking a highly experienced Service Catalogue expert to join our team at Computappoint Limited. As a Service Catalogue Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in providing service offerings and service update information to our customers, creating service catalogue plans, and ensuring those plans are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Service Catalogue in ServiceNow, ensuring it is suitably configured and aligned with our business needs.
  • Analyse current Service Catalogue tooling and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Define and implement Demand and Service Fulfilment Processes, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop service catalogue plans, ensuring they meet business requirements and customer expectations.
  • Conduct gap analysis and due diligence throughout the design phase, ensuring our Service Catalogue is aligned with industry best practices.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our customers on service management framework principles and processes.
  • Maintain focus on the whole life of service delivery, from designing to developing to delivering and operating, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Understand how a set of IT products, suppliers, and vendors come together to deliver an IT service, ensuring our Service Catalogue is aligned with this understanding.
  • Ensure that the delivery of service content and style matches customer expectations, providing a high-quality service experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in building out and publishing a Service Catalogue in ServiceNow.
  • Strong experience in analysing current Service Catalogue tooling, ensuring it is suitably configured.
  • Strong experience in defining Demand and Service Fulfilment Processes.
  • Ability to multi-task across various functions and contexts.
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of our customers and to influence without authority.
  • Good working understanding and knowledge of common tools (MS Office suite, Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc) and industry methodologies (ITIL, DevSecOps, Agile, etc).
  • Good understanding of service management framework principles and processes and the ability to apply technical knowledge in project or programme activities.
  • Permanent role with a competitive salary and bonus structure.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days on-site at our London or Portsmouth office.
