Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with physical disabilities and complex needs
- Develop and implement individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each person
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective service
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
- Experience of working with individuals with physical disabilities and complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- A competitive rate of up to £13 per hour
