As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with physical disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with physical disabilities and complex needs
  • Develop and implement individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each person
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and effective service
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Experience of working with individuals with physical disabilities and complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
