Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Store Manager to join our team on a maternity cover contract. As a Concession Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 8 employees and managing the day-to-day operations of our concession store in NEXT at Leicester (High Cross).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of 8 employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the concession store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue
  • Collaborate with the concession store team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Proven retail management experience, preferably in a concession store environmentExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsKnowledge of retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control
