Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Store Manager to join our team at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Concession store in NEXT at Leicester (High Cross). As a Concession Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of 8 and driving sales growth through effective leadership and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 8 to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Monitor and control store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve sales and customer engagement

Requirements

To be successful as a Concession Store Manager at Mamas & Papas, you will need:

  • Proven retail management experience, with a track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
