Job Title: Concession Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concession Store Manager to join our team at our beautiful Mamas & Papas Concession store in NEXT at Leicester (High Cross). As a Concession Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated team of 8 and leading them to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of 8 to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with the concession team to achieve business objectives
