Mamas & Papas is a leading retailer of nursery products, with a strong commitment to customer experience and team development. We are seeking a highly skilled Concession Store Manager to join our team on a maternity cover contract.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Retail Team Lead to manage our concession store team of 8 in Leicester (High Cross). As a Concession Store Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and developing your team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 8 concession store staff
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Manage store operations, including stock management and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with the wider retail team to achieve business objectives
