Job Title: 3rd Line Network Support Engineer

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent

Location: Corsham, Wiltshire (3 days in the office)

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Benefits

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Third Line Network Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our network support team, you will be responsible for providing advanced troubleshooting and support for our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate and resolve complex network faults and incidents.
  2. Design and implement Internet Protocol (IP) networks and satellite communications systems.
  3. Manage the installation and configuration of new system elements.
  4. Test and commission new equipment and services.
  5. Ensure new services and systems meet UK security requirements.
  6. Manage obsolescence within the existing system to ensure it remains supportable and compliant to security requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience in the design and delivery of IP communication networks, ideally with Cisco accreditation.
  2. Knowledge of Satellite communications technology would be an advantage.
  3. Have worked at a telecoms or satellite communication company.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance for this role.
