Job Summary

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Third Line Support Engineer to join our team. As a Third Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Internet Protocol (IP) networks and satellite communications systems
  • Investigate and resolve complex network faults and incidents
  • Manage the installation and configuration of new system elements
  • Test and commission new equipment and services
  • Ensure new services and systems meet UK security requirements
  • Manage obsolescence within the existing system to ensure it remains supportable and compliant to security requirements
  • Provide third line support to operations teams

Requirements

  • Experience in the design and delivery of IP communication networks, ideally with Cisco accreditation
  • Knowledge of Satellite communications technology
  • Experience working at a telecoms or satellite communication company
  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant Engineering Discipline
  • Security Clearance: Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance
