About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Floor Supervisor to join our team at Boom Battle Bar. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless floor operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the venue floor, ensuring efficient operations and a positive energy flow
  • Lead by example, setting the tone for a high-performing team
  • Work closely with our Managers to create an immersive and engaging environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance
