About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Focus Care Supported Living Limited. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to service users, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify service users' needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve care delivery.
