About the Role:

Acis Group is seeking a highly skilled Site Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and systems for building compliance, ensuring that all sites are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data on stock condition to support informed decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors for quotes and completion of work, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Order Processing: Ensure timely order processing and payment, minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and testing of buildings and grounds, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Site Appearance: Collaborate with the site team to maintain the overall site appearance, ensuring a high standard of presentation.
  • Process Improvement: Implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, driving business growth and reducing costs.
  • Safety and Maintenance: Address issues related to safety, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Summer Works Program: Coordinate the summer works program and site preparations, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Complete repair and maintenance tasks, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Team Support: Support team events and promotions, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Site Support: Assist at other sites when needed, providing support and expertise as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in health and safety, building safety, and maintenance, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of DIY maintenance tasks and a strong understanding of building regulations and legislation.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality services and support.
  • IT Skills: Proficient IT skills, with the ability to work with contractors and manage data effectively.

Additional Qualifications:

  • UK Driving License: A valid UK driving license for travel.
  • Accommodation or Housing Sector: Experience in the Accommodation or Housing Sector, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Qualifications: Qualifications in Joinery, plumbing, or construction, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality services and support.
  • Certifications: IOSH or NEBOSH certification, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Building Regulation and Legislation: A strong understanding of building regulation and legislation, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
