We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Full-time Site Operations Specialist to become part of our team at XPO. This is a permanent role that involves a commitment of at least 40 hours per week on the Late shift: Monday to Thursday 14:00 – 22:00, and Friday 14:00 – 00:00.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HGV traffic on the premises, ensuring adherence to company policies, customer expectations, and legal standards.
  • Manage the vehicle washing and fuel storage processes effectively.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with load securing and site cleanliness protocols.
  • Perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks with the training provided.
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams to drive LEAN practices and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support warehouse functions, including loading and unloading operations, inventory management, and vehicle movement.
  • Provide assistance at the gatehouse as needed, demonstrating flexibility in your role.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a comparable position is advantageous.
  • Prior operation of a Counterbalance Forklift Truck is required.
  • Excellent communication abilities are essential.
  • Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and manage heavy materials effectively.
