We are seeking a skilled Site Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. This is a temporary role, highly likely to be extended at the client's discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee building maintenance requirements and identify potential issues to ensure the building remains operational.
  • Report day-to-day repairs to the Property Safety and Facilities Management Team and track progress.
  • Communicate with the Site Services Team and contractors on site to address construction and maintenance needs.
  • Secure the premises and its contents, including fire alarm systems, and respond to emergencies.

Requirements:

  • Existing knowledge and willingness to undertake training and qualifications for tasks relevant to the role.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar frontline, site management role.
  • Problem-solving skills to address reactive requests from stakeholders.
