About the Role

This position entails the management of vehicle movements across the site, ensuring proper parking and positioning for necessary repairs. Additionally, the role encompasses general upkeep of the site’s grounds and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee vehicle parking and arrangement on-site, including transporting vehicles into the workshop for technicians.
  • Facilitate the movement of vehicles designated for total loss collection or delivery, ensuring safe and correct positioning.
  • Conduct grounds maintenance tasks such as hedge trimming, grass cutting, weeding, snow/ice clearance from pathways, assisting with skip removal, litter collection, and fence painting.
  • Perform interior maintenance duties, including painting, operating the floor cleaner in the workshop, and periodically refreshing the paint booth walls.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in site maintenance within the automotive repair industry.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Valid driving license with appropriate classification.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT applications.
