About the Role

The Strategic Total Rewards Leader will be responsible for the implementation, management, and administration of total rewards policies and programs for the EMENA region. This role will lead market research and analysis, and develop compensation recommendations based on company guidelines related to compensation plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and management teams to develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation and benefits decisions.
  • Develop and maintain total rewards policies and programs that are competitive and aligned with business goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to HR Business Partners and management teams on total rewards matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure total rewards programs are integrated with other HR initiatives.
