To continue our growth and success, we're seeking a passionate and experienced Total Rewards Director to join our dynamic team.
Your Role:- Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry best practices and our organizational goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our rewards offerings remain competitive and attractive.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and implement reward programs that support employee engagement, performance, and development.
- Manage the administration of all rewards-related processes, including payroll, benefits enrollment, and performance management systems.
- A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of total rewards principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing successful compensation and benefits programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
