About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Reward Director to join our team at Dojo. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing reward strategies that align with our company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of reward, recognition, and benefits strategies to ensure best practices and alignment with Dojo's strategic objectives.
- Act as the cornerstone for our C-Suite, supplying them with crucial data and insights necessary to make informed judgements that shape the course of Dojo.
- Maintain our competitive edge by bringing up-to-date industry knowledge and market trends and applying a strategic and creative lens to attract and retain Dojo-ers.
- Ensure Dojo's reward programme is consistent and fair through multiple initiatives, led by relevant team members.
- Develop and deliver effective program education/communication to promote programs that shape employee engagement and understanding of their reward and how to speak to reward.
- Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to translate program concepts into implementation.
Requirements
- Thoughtful and proactive leadership with proven experience developing high-performing people/teams who can work autonomously and collaboratively across multiple cultures and countries.
- In-depth expertise in core reward processes, including equity, executive remuneration, salary review, international benchmarks, benefits, and incentive schemes.
- Exceptional analytical skills to draw and communicate insights from data.
- Excellent organisational skill to deliver highly complex projects in expedited timeframes.
- A practical 'hands on' approach to reward and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
- Attention to detail with quick execution.
- An empathetic, people-first approach.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
