About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Reward Director to join our team at Dojo. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing reward strategies that align with our company's strategic objectives.
As a Total Reward Director, you will lead the development of reward, recognition, and benefits strategies to ensure best practices and alignment with Dojo's strategic objectives. You will also provide strategic direction and guidance to our C-Suite, supplying them with crucial data and insights necessary to make informed decisions.
You will be responsible for maintaining our competitive edge by bringing up-to-date industry knowledge and market trends to attract and retain top talent. You will also ensure that our reward programme is consistent and fair through multiple initiatives, led by relevant team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reward, recognition, and benefits strategies
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to our C-Suite
- Maintain our competitive edge by bringing up-to-date industry knowledge and market trends
- Ensure that our reward programme is consistent and fair
