This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled administrative professional to join our team within the Minor Procedure Unit at Stracathro. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic area and providing exceptional patient care.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing reception duties, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to our clinical teams. You will work closely with patients undergoing elective surgical procedures, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work as part of a team, and previous administrative experience. Informal enquiries can be made to the Associate Admin Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reception duties, including patient registration and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including data entry and document preparation
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic area, including maintaining a clean and organized environment
