Job Introduction
Due to an internal promotion an opportunity has become available to join the Human Resources team at Coupar Angus.
Main Responsibilities
- Administer and process HR records.
- Ensure all records are up to date
- Ensure that all databases are up to date and accurate
- Prepare and process all new starter and leavers paperwork
- Responsible for Self-Certification forms to be completed and inputted on to HR system
- Maternity and Paternity administration and advise
- Maintaining Kronos System by updating and entering data including sickness
- Maintain HR KPI's monthly
- Liaise with the HR Advisors on all changes to employee's terms and conditions, holiday and sickness
- Controlling attendance, absences and holiday bookings
- Maintain Contractual Changes
- Reference requests
- Responsible to keep an up-to-date Job Descriptions for all roles in the Company
- Contribute to project teams as and when required as well as Ad hoc admin duties
- Organising and the ability to work under pressure

Package Description
- Hours of work: 40
- **Monday - Friday 0800-1700hrs**:
- **£11.15 per hour.**:
- 28 days holiday
