We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Account Director to join our Client Leadership team at RocketMill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for championing the integration of our service lines under our planning framework, Total Performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and maintain a portfolio of high-value accounts
  • Guarantee the standard of our delivery to clients
  • Identify opportunities for deeper engagement with clients
  • Grow client relationships through excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Align the agency scope with client business objectives
  • Establish an integrated roadmap of activity to drive business growth
  • Effectively communicate the value of RocketMill's contribution to clients
  • Track and report on client health and portfolio profitability
  • Critical participant in inter-agency collaboration to drive business growth
  • Line manage junior members of the team and train them in Account Management best practice
  • Collaborate with other ADs to ensure consistency and cohesion across the role
Essential Skills
  • Previous agency experience with a proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of accounts
  • A well-rounded digital marketing skillset with a thorough understanding of all channels, including paid media and SEO
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to speak with authority to clients and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and vibrant environment, with a positive attitude and energy
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of working on new business proposals and pitches
  • Expert knowledge of marketing industry platforms
  • Previous experience of managing and developing a more junior member of the team
