Job Summary

We're seeking an Assistant Branch Manager who will act as first line support to the Branch Manager, leading and supporting the team to deliver success. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and commercial awareness, previous leadership experience, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Develop great relationships with new and existing customers
    • Understand customer needs and provide proactive advice and solutions
  • Team Leadership
    • Act as first line support to the Branch Manager
    • Lead the team to make Health & Safety a priority
  • Operations
    • Maintain stock levels and carry out regular stock counts
    • Use in-house systems to process customer orders and organise delivery times
