Job Title: Evening and Weekend Care Professional Stanmore

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Evening and Weekend Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our care team, you will provide companionship and support to our clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer companionship and conversation to our clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and laundry
  • Help with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social events
  • Prepare meals and snacks from raw ingredients
  • Assist with pet care and provide emotional support

Requirements:

  • Ability to listen, communicate clearly, and build relationships with clients and their families
  • Respect for people with different backgrounds and beliefs
  • Excellent timekeeping and organizational skills
  • Good hygiene practice and a smart appearance
  • Enhanced Disclosure from the relevant body
  • Class 1 business insurance or reliable transport
