Job Title: Persian Speaking Companion

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Persian speaking companion to join our team at Home Instead. As a companion, you will provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer companionship and conversation to our clients
  • Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social events
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in Persian
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Compassionate and empathetic towards clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of home care and support
