Sales Floor Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Floor Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in London. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of up to 15 individuals, and developing strategies to optimize sales data and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing telesales team.
  • Develop and manage the CRM system to maximize data and lead potential.
  • Provide regular sales figures and market insights.
  • Drive sales activity and performance through regular team walk-throughs and KPI monitoring.
  • Campaign management and sales data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing a telephone-based sales department.
  • Ability to build, manage, and drive sales performance in a targeted business environment.
  • Strong consultative sales approach and ability to influence stakeholders.
