About the Role

As a Sales Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 15 sales professionals in generating online demonstrations of our digital services. You will develop and manage the CRM system to optimize data and leads, provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales figures and metrics, and regularly walk the sales floor to drive activity and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing telesales team
  • Develop and manage the CRM system to optimize data and leads
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales figures and metrics
  • Regularly walk the sales floor to drive activity and performance
  • Campaign management and manipulation of sales data to maximize opportunity
What We're Looking For
  • A track record of managing a telephone-based sales department
  • Ability to build, manage, and drive sales performance in a targeted, entrepreneurial business
  • Ability to influence and liaise with all levels up to Directors
  • A consultative sales approach
