We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Residential Service for children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be the OFSTED Registered Manager responsible for delivering services that meet legislative and regulatory requirements.
- To develop and implement effective strategies to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents.
- To work closely with our team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
- To maintain accurate records and reports as required by regulatory bodies.
